Нашел я эти слова. Но, но, но.... как обычно у нас НО и как обычно журналисты выдирают фразы из контекста при переводе. Написано что это квантовый скачок по сравнению с древним макаровым, а не квантовый скачок в конструировании оружия. Изначальный текст:
